About the Network:
The Alumni Network was kicked off with a night of networking and an open house in the Vet Tech department’s building, which many alumni had never seen. The event, held in May 2009 was attended by nearly 50 alumni, faculty and staff. Current students also came out and soon CSCC Veterinary t-shirts to raise funds for their activities. There was also special presentation to honor Marty Murphy for her years of service and dedication to the program. Check out the photos on the network’s Facebook page.
The Alumni Network is currently looking for Alumni who would like to become involved in a committee to plan the next network event and help lead the network. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Elissa Schneider at eschnied@cscc.edu. We are looking for folks who have interest in being on a committee to organize events and build a network of alumni. We envision the CSCC Vet Tech Alumni Network to be a great and valuable resource with a goal to have all our alumni communicate with each other and keep updated on the current trends in the veterinary field.
